IMG_0609This is easy as I use all of them on a regular basis and I don’t own many of them. I would like to mention the following five items from my toolbox: pair of pliers, screwdriver, hammer, hand saw, and measuring tape. These are probably the most essential tools to have in a household so that you can fix almost anything that is broken.

The way to structure your day and ensure you accomplish all that you need to do is to start the day by planning it. First thing in the morning, make a list of things to accomplish during that day. As you accomplish those things, cross them off the list. Obviously, new projects and deadlines will crop up during the day and you need to add these to your list. Read more

Finishing high school is a no-brainer. It is imperative that young people finish high school. Beyond that, they need to either attend college, community college or a trade school. What is key is to have a set of tools & skills that will enable them to earn a living in the marketplace today.
